1st session starts at 5 am
Last session ends approximately at 6 pm
* Lunch meal must be taken before noon (no meat or eggs, onions, garlic, or radishes). Light beverages can be taken throughout the day. (No juice with pulp. A little milk may be added to tea or coffee, but a glass of milk may not be taken. No intoxicants.)
**The Eight Mahayana precepts are taken for two days. These are to abandon:

* The second day, fasting all day, including no water.
PLEASE NOTE: Because of it being Saka Dawa, a tsog offering will be done and open to the general public. Retreat activities for the day will end around 3pm or so. Tsog offering which will be for the general public will start at 4pm.
